Data we process and why

During normal browsing, the server may record technical data such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This data is processed to deliver and protect the website, prevent abuse and diagnose technical issues, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests and security obligations.

The website has no contact form. If you email or call us, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or manage a contractual relationship and related legal obligations.

Optional analytics

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand pages viewed, interactions with the website and where visits come from. The service may process IP address, device and browser data, page address and referring website. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or profiling. You can withdraw consent at any time through Manage cookies.

Recipients, retention and transfers

Data may be processed by technical suppliers responsible for website management and hosting and, where necessary, by advisers or authorised public bodies. Technical data is retained for the period required for security and service operation; communications are retained for the time required to handle the enquiry and comply with applicable obligations. Google Maps and Google Analytics are external services loaded only after the relevant consent. For processing by Google, including retention and transfers, please consult its privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where provided by the GDPR, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You can write to info@glabcorreggio.it and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
